1. Getting Access
TelAI accounts are provisioned by HawkEyes. To request access, use the Sign Up button on the landing page to reach the HawkEyes contact form. Once your account is created, you will receive provisional login credentials from your administrator. On first login you must change your password and accept the Terms of Service before using the dashboard.
2. Logging In
- Navigate to the login page Go to /login or click Log In from the landing page.
- Enter your credentials Provide the username and password supplied by your administrator.
- Access the dashboard After a successful login, you will be taken to the TelAI Mission Control dashboard.
3. Connecting a Telegram Account
Before you can start a mission, you must connect at least one Telegram user account. This allows TelAI to ingest messages from the channels and groups you select.
Step 3a — Obtain Telegram API credentials
- Visit my.telegram.org Go to my.telegram.org and log in with your phone number.
- Create an application Navigate to API development tools and create a new application if you do not already have one.
- Copy your credentials Note your API ID (a number) and API Hash (a string). You will need both when adding an account in TelAI.
Step 3b — Add the account in TelAI
- Open Telegram Connections On the dashboard, find the Telegram Connections panel at the top.

Fill in the form
Enter a Display Name (e.g. "Ops account"), your Phone Number in international format (e.g.
+15551234567), your API ID, and your API Hash. - Click Add Telegram Account The account will be saved and TelAI will request a login code from Telegram.
Step 3c — Verify with the login code
- Check your Telegram app Open the Telegram app on your phone. The login code appears inside the Telegram app, not as an SMS and not on this website.
- Enter the code In the account row on the dashboard, type the code into the Login Code field and click Submit Code.
- Enter 2FA password if prompted If your Telegram account has two-factor authentication enabled, also enter your cloud password in the field below the code.
- Wait for Connected status Once verified, the account status will show Connected and TelAI will begin listening for messages.
4. Starting a Mission
- Set location and radius In the Start New Mission panel, enter a location name and a radius in kilometers.
- Select a Telegram account Choose a connected account from the dropdown. Only accounts with Connected status are available.
- Load channels and groups Click Load channels & groups to fetch the list of dialogs from your Telegram account. Select the channels or groups you want to monitor, or check All channels and groups.
- Start the mission Click Start Mission. TelAI will begin ingesting messages from the selected sources and scoring them against your mission parameters.
5. Reviewing Alerts
As messages arrive, TelAI scores them for risk relevance and displays matching alerts in the Alerts panel on your dashboard. Each alert includes the message content, source channel, timestamp, and risk score.
- Pause a running mission to temporarily stop monitoring without losing configuration
- Resume a paused mission to continue where you left off
- Remove a mission when you no longer need it
Missions are automatically paused when you log out or close your browser tab. You can resume them manually from the dashboard at any time.
